Choose a compatible EVM wallet such as MetaMask. The site requests the wallet connection through your browser provider; you keep control of the wallet.

The dashboard reads the native balance from the selected network and displays the wallet address and network information. It does not ask for your seed phrase or private key.

What is QFS Perficient Vault?

QFS Perficient Vault is a Web3 wallet interface designed to help users connect a compatible wallet, view on-chain wallet information and monitor live digital-asset markets. It is not a bank or a substitute for a regulated financial institution.

Does QFS Perficient Vault hold my crypto?

The wallet interface is designed around self-custody. Connecting a wallet does not transfer ownership of your assets to the website. Always verify wallet and transaction details before approving an action.

Do you need my seed phrase or private key?

No. Never send your seed phrase or private key to the website or to support. A legitimate wallet connection does not require either.

How is my wallet balance calculated?

The native balance is read from the blockchain network selected by your connected wallet. The estimated USD value uses the latest available market price and can change as the market moves.

Why might a live crypto price fail to load?

Public market-data APIs can be rate-limited or temporarily unavailable. The dashboard shows an unavailable state rather than inventing a price. Authenticated API access can improve production reliability.

Are crypto prices guaranteed to be exact?

No. Crypto prices vary across exchanges and liquidity sources. The dashboard displays the latest data returned by its market-data provider and should be treated as informational.

Does connecting a wallet cost money?

A wallet connection normally does not create a blockchain transaction. Transactions you submit can require network fees, which your wallet displays before approval.

What should I do if I receive a suspicious request?

Do not approve it. Disconnect the site if necessary, verify the domain and contract details independently, and never provide your seed phrase or private key.
